International Country and City Rankings: Methodology, Data, Transparency is a unique conference which is aimed at further develop discussion about the role of the data in international comparative studies.
There are dozens of international country and city rankings. Some of them use different sources of information not limited to official statistics. The conference will bring in one place representatives of authorities, business and international organizations, who will discuss how to harmonize approaches to development and interpretation of international rankings.
During three sessions participants will discuss the role of international rankings in decision-making, business development and improving quality of living.
